DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT

By booking services with DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your event booking.
1. Services Provided
DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT provides professional DJ, MC, lighting, sound equipment, photo booth services, and special effects (including fog and cold sparks) for events such as weddings, proms, corporate events, and private celebrations.
All services are customized based on the agreed-upon package and event agreement.
2. Booking & Payment
- A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
- Dates are not reserved until a deposit is received.
- Final payment is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Custom pricing is based on event needs, services selected, and duration.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your date and block other bookings.
- Cancellations made within a short timeframe of the event date may be subject to additional fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on circumstances.
4. Event Requirements
The client is responsible for providing:
- Safe and accessible setup space
- Adequate power sources for equipment
- Event timeline and key announcements in advance
DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by unsafe or unsuitable venue conditions.
5. Equipment & Damage
All equipment provided remains the property of DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT.
The client may be held responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue conditions, or misuse of equipment during the event.
6. Special Effects (Fog, Cold Sparks, etc.)
- Special effects are subject to venue approval and local safety regulations.
- If a venue restricts the use of effects, substitutions may be made when possible.
- The client is responsible for confirming venue approval when required.
7. Performance & Setup
- Setup time will be coordinated in advance based on venue access.
- Performance times are agreed upon prior to the event.
- Additional time beyond the agreed schedule may result in additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT is not liable for:
- Venue issues or restrictions
- Power failures or environmental conditions
- Guest behavior or event disruptions beyond our control
We will always act professionally to resolve issues when possible.
9. Agreement
By booking DJ STEVOD ENTERTAINMENT, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
